Clinton boldly invites press to attend White House press conference

WASHINGTON D.C. -- In an electrifying continuance of tradition, President Hillary Rodham Clinton boldly invited the White House press corps to attend today's White House press conference, going so far as to say she considered "the press's attendance conceptually integral to my having a press conference."

Citing the spirit of the 1st amendment, Clinton clarified that her standing invitation even extended to esoteric, non-traditional, and niche media organizations like The New York Times, Buzzfeed, CNN, The Los Angeles Times and Politico.

"They're every bit as good as Fox News, Breitbart, Jezebel, Reddit, Bustle, ESPN, 4Chan, the Daily Caller, and Martha Stewart Living," she said. "Though not as good as The Washington Post."
