Clinton thanks Obama "for making America great again" in first address to Congress

WASHINGTON D.C. -- In her first nationally televised address to Congress, President Hillary Rodham Clinton thanked her predecessor Barack Obama for making the country "great again after the Wall Street crash of 2008."

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg nodded from the front row.

Throughout the address, Sen. Chuck Schumer looked ebullient.
